WARRANTY PRODUCT RETURNS & RMA

The following details the Limited Hardware Warranty and Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process offered by Networkstore.lk. The information will help customers and partners determine the level of service they will receive from us.

RMA is only provided for products purchased through Networkstore.lk or our recommended official/ registered partner channels only. For more information visit Limited Product Warranty*1 section below.

Limited Hardware Warranty*1 terms covers any type of manufacture defects on hardware, software, firmware and not covers damages, defects and faults due to improper installation or operation*2, negligence, misuse, power fluctuations, lightning or any natural disaster, sabotage, accidents or willful damages, burn marks, etc, or any act of gods.

RMA / Warranty Submission Terms

If product purchased via Networkstore.lk or our partner channel and if you verified as defective within the warranty period under Limited Hardware Warranty terms, it is defined as an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Claim. This entitles you to have the unit either repaired or replaced. Each product carries different warranty terms and period and its mention on Networksote.lk website and your purchase invoice.

We recommend to have a TAC Support (Technical Assistance Center) from Networkstore.lk or our registered partners to verify that the product is authorized for RMA before submission to avoid unnecessary delays.

In addition, our district wise approved partners will help you test the product for RMA and submit for RMA free of charge. If it is not repairable, it will be replaced with a brand-new unit. However, we are reserving the right to provide similar function product if RMA merchandise EOL (End of Life) or component phase-out.

However, the product returned for RMA and Warranty can be refused if following reason/s available:

  1. Violation of Limited Hardware Warranty terms.
  2. RMA submission without copy of the original invoice.
  3. Manufacture or Distributor – Warranty seal is altered, broken or missing.
  4. Merchandise destroyed by improper operation or returned incompletely.
